be it ever so humble...
I think I'm the only person in the house who doesn't hate someone else living here right now. Rachael has it out for my parents, Julia has it out for my mom, my dad said something mean about Rachael and called my mom a bitch, and my mother stormed out of the house and slammed the door behind her.
...well then. I'm just staying up in my room with my book and my cat. Nice and quiet and in the farthest point in the house from everyone else. >>
The word was that we were all going into Syracuse to hit the mall, and when that was rescinded was when all the fighting began, as far as I know. I got all showered and dressed and stuff... and now I am going back to slouchy pajama pants, because jeans are for people with places to go, and I am not one of those people. So: laying around in bed, listening to mellow music, lighting some candles, reading until I can't any more.
My attention span is too shot for reading anything serious, so for the moment I have set aside Dreams From My Father in favor of Gears of War: Aspho Fields. Nice and uncomplicated.
