Oh, I know it's by Neutral Milk Hotel. The Mountain Goats covered it, as did the Dresden Dolls, Glen Phillips, John Cameron Mitchell, and Wakey!Wakey! Also Jesse Lacey from Brand New covered Part 2.

I collect cover songs like it's my job. :D And I have In The Aeroplane Over The Sea and On Avery Island, do they have any other albums I don't know about?
