Really obvious question about Supernatural below the cut.


So why doesn't Dean say yes while Sam is still saying no? Then Michael kills Lucifer while he's wearing Nick, Sam is safe, and when it's done Michael goes away and leaves Dean in top condition.

I mean, seriously. Team Free Will and all that, but make it work for you, boys.

Also, OMG CASTIEL COMATOSE. Poor baby. I am going to be beyond upset if (when?) he dies. Watching him get weaker and weaker hurts. :(


I can't be the first person who's had that thought. Will Dean ever have it is the real question, and I'm afraid the answer is going to be no.

I think it's that they don't want either Team Heaven or Team Hell to "win" - they want the world to stay as it is. The crapfest that it is.

I will be fucking devastated if/when he dies. It will be pathetic, really. You're right: it hurts. A lot. I feel like we're watching him either A) traipsing toward the future him we saw in The End or b) traipsing towards death. I don't know which is worse. Sigh.

I think Dean doesn't want to say yes mainly because the resulting battle would wipe out a good chuck of the earth/populace. ...and maybe other things I can't remember atm. :/
