This is a picture from... some artist... that I got on the SXSW site when I was doing all the free songs. I thought she was cute, and I have a tendency to do stupid things, so: cute geek girl about to stick her finger in a mousetrap.


This is Fargo, from Eureka. I like him a lot. He's a dorky, well-meaning fuckup. And he looks hot in argyle. I'm pretty sure this is from the pilot episode, because his hair is shorter after that. Which is sad, because I like his hair like this.


This is from Natalie Dee. Looking at balls, making the brilliant observation: "balls." I had to flip the image, but it amused me to no end. I don't use it enough... because I don't write enough, really.


I went for a walk. I have no idea how far it was, but it was good. I took out the recycling because I'm sick of storing it up, the trash guys can take it, already. So much for being earth-conscious. But now I'm pleasantly tired. Dishes, shower, bed. Good plan.

fedoras should make a comeback.

I had a really weird, lost-in-a-building, crazy-music, candy-stealing, religious-hypocrite-headfuckingwith, dressed-and-passing-as-a-boy dream last night. It was kind of uncomfortable, but damn I looked good in a suit and fedora. I remember trying to get someone to take a picture while I was dreaming. (I was also in a place and thought "huh, I dream about this place all the time!" xD)

So. Not a goal to work toward (there's no way to tie these sweater puppies down), but at least in my dreams I can look sexy in a suit. :D

Now my head aches like a wild thing, though. The first thing I did when trying to get breakfast was drop and shatter a mug. D: And it's snowing. D: I just need to get up, get dressed, and walk to the pharmacy. Everything else will follow.

BPAL sales have hit the $100 mark and there's still four days to go. \o/ excited~. I have five days left to go in KoL before I get the jumpsuited hound dog (which I have been working toward for 95 days now) and train that puppy up. \o/ It's going to be a good weekend, I am damn determined to make it so. \o/

Oh my god, Obama actually has a plan to bail out of the recession before it becomes a depression? Why isn't this man President already?

The RIAA is all butthurt because it has to pay Tanya Andersen's legal fees. They want to only pay 10%. I hope the judge bitchslaps them down.

Half of America is mentally ill, and a quarter are on drugs for it... or are we? We're overdosed in everything else, and this isn't any different.

Survival kit in a sardine can! Finally, something useful in one of those things. Sadrines are gross, but survival is cool.

Elephants hang out with other animals, and take MySpace pictures for them. Scientists attached cameras to elephants' tusks and let them out, and what they saw is pretty much AWESOME.

I always end up crying when I talk to my parents.

Because I know they love me. ♥

I feel like things might be okay now.

I might go back with them to Auburn after they come visit. Just for a week or so. Missing them is just overwhelming me these days. Not just my parents, my sisters too.

I am awesome at keeping track of grocery prices. I had ours estimated almost to the dollar today, I forgot about tax. \o/

Now I am pleasantly buzzing and pretty happy, my fridge is well-stocked, and tomorrow I am making butter chicken. Hell to the yes.

Today: win. Optimism restored, world turning properly, and Lacy Brayton is moving in on Clinton Street in May which puts one of my favorite people three blocks away from me. ♥ Tomorrow morning I am going to make my own trail mix, clean my desk, and make an Action Plan for next week.

Butcher is pissed because we let him out on the porch and now he's back inside. He keeps trying to claw the door down. xD

I acquired spraypaint today. Any suggestions on what I should tag the town with?

Kristin and I have decided to rickroll our upstairs neighbors for April Fools Day. :D
