We had a barbecue today. xD Jon brought out his teeny grill, I made potato salad, and it all turned out delish. The cats are bizarre, they turned up their noses at steak. Well, Minerva carried hers around in her mouth, nibbled at it, and then abandoned it. xD Butcher wouldn't even take it.

I changed out a tote full of summer clothes for winter ones, and in the process I found my favorite pretty nightgown. It has been torn... basically since I got it, because I think it was a throwaway from the thrift store. But I fixed it, finally, and it looks super cute. ♥

I am popping sunflower seeds like it's my job, except my job is really writing a paper. What I want to do is go finish Dan in Real Life (omg Steve Carell I just want to hug him), but I am probably going to end up going to sleep after I finish this. -_-;

On the plus side: the kitchen is clean, the living room is acceptable, and tomorrow I am throwing down with the mess in my room and we'll see who survives. xD

Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay opens on Friday! HELL YES. Kristin and I are going to catch a matinee. \o/

The new Weepies album is pretty good.
