Woke up to feed the insistent, annoying animals... and now since I'm up already, I am going to answer two more sets of questions.

1) You have the ability to give everyone in the world ONE super power. What do you give us?

Empathy. Not telepathy, because that would cause WAY more problems than it solved, but I think if everyone could actually feel what the people around them felt, things would change very very quickly for the better.


2) You stand before Deep Thought. You can ask it any question and it will give you the correct answer, instantly, regardless of the question's complexity. What do you ask it (and if I may be so bold, what answer are you expecting)?

Not to be cliched, but I would have to ask it whether god exists, if any of the religions have it right, and if he smokes cannabis and why it should matter to the average person.

And if I knew what answer I was expecting, well, I'd have a lot more peace of mind, wouldn't I? :P


3) You can resurrect one person for one day. Who comes back, and what do you do for the 24 hours you have with them?

I think I would bring back my Grandma, but only if I knew she wouldn't be in pain for the day. I'd spend the whole time with her and my mother, I'd ask her to show me how to knit because I was never wise enough to ask before she died, I would show her my cat and basically just hug her a lot because I freaking miss her. :/


4) Let's say science comes up with a way to die, be dead for an hour or so, and then come back with no ill effects. (This is proven to you beyond a shadow of a doubt)
Would you take them up on the offer and "be dead" for an hour?

Yeah, why not? I'll go see if there's a light at the end of the tunnel and live my life accordingly. Not that I'd have much to change, I'd probably have to cut down on the lust and the sloth and the gluttony though. And then I could tell people I've had a "total death experience, none of this near-death bullcrap!"


5) ONOES, the person you resurrected in #3 has climbed into the machine from #4, creating a paradox resulting in a zombie invasion!
Your family and all of your friends are safe in your house (a designated safe zone, as #3's way of thanking you for making the whole invasion possible).

You have room & supplies for three more people (no you can't kick me out and take a fourth person), and before you stands the entirety of the human race. Who do you save, and why?

Okay, so it's my family and my friends? Then the human race is screwed because we're all either related or don't want kids. xD Therefore, I will pick for entertainment value.

Number one, of course, is Zachary Quinto. I don't think I need to explain this one further. :D

Number two is Sanjay Gupta, because he's awesome and cute AND he's a doctor so for as long as we survive the zombies, we'll be good.

Number three... Jamie from Mythbusters because he's smart and he knows how to build stuff and also he's really cool. xD

1. What, if anything, would make you stop blogging cold turkey? What is the best part of it? The worst?

The only thing that has been able to make me stop blogging cold turkey is a loss of the internet. All summer long I was reduced to posting via Twitter and the few times I could get online at a friend's house, and it was horrible at first... but then I got used to it, and I think that's a big part of why I don't like talking to people on AIM like, at all any more. I am too used to being able to control the pace of a discussion via comments.

The best part of it was that I disconnected from all the drama (and there would have been serious drama at the time), but the worst was that I disconnected from everyone except a handful of people whom I love, and almost everyone who is my support when I'm feeling down. By the time I got to the end of the summer, I was suicidal, and if I had my LJ at that time I think I would have been able to deal with life a lot better.


2. If you could take over Heroes, what would you do? Characters, plot, everything.

HAHAHA OKAY. I would kill Maya in a fiery car crash. I would give the Haitian a name. Matt and Mohinder would move back in together... I guess Daphne can stay, too, but she has to have her own bedroom. xD Molly and Micah would both come back, so it's be like "Two dads, one mom, and two clearly unrelated kids..." BUT THEY WOULD BE THE CUTEST FAMILY ♥

People would disagree with this, but I don't care: I would bring Elle back in some plausible way. She would be the original lovable sociopath she was in S2. If it weren't spoilery to say more, I'd describe it further, but I'll just say that she would be helping Sylar with his S4 plot because I think from what I've heard that it's pretty cool, and they would make a better psycho team than a "normal" couple. >>

In the wake of the companies going kaboom, Noah and the Haitian are out of work, so they'd form a private investigator team, occasionally calling in other heroes as consultants. xD

The Petrelli family... someone would kill someone else, because fuck it, they're each others' worst enemies at this point. I'll put it plainly: Peter would probably off Nathan once he found out about the whole special-people-concentration-camp thing. There's only so much a brother can take, you know?

Ando is now a hero, and Hiro lost his power, so their whole dynamic has a major shift coming. There would be lots of hilarious teasing, but they'd also have a serious plot thread where Ando's powers are necessary in a big way. I'd like to see him like, accidentally touch Angela Petrelli, and have her go into a crazy precognitive trance, but this time what she saw in the future would actually play out in the series because FUCK, what is with all of the totally different futures, it's kind of annoying. At least if we adhered to what she saw, there would be a certain direction to keep the show heading.

Oh, Claire! Hm. Oh! (Claire + Ando) - blood + Hiro = repowered Hiro? They would at least have to try it. Maybe that's how Elle gets saved. idk, it's 6 am, I can't do this total justice but I tried. xD


3. Do you believe in love at first sight?

No. I believe in lust at first sight. I believe in making a connection the first time you meet someone. But love at first sight? No, I don't.


4. Name one film that changed your life. And why?

Ooh. This is a hard one... *ponders*


5. If this was the last day on earth as we know it, how will you spend it?

I would throw a big-ass party and invite anyone who wanted to come. People would have the option to get intoxicated in any manner they chose, because... well, I don't want to face the end of the world sober. >> I would make sure my family and friends all know how much I love them. I would dance, and I would sing, and I would hopefully get laid, and when it was getting close to the end I would cuddle up with some of my closest friends and my cat, and talk to them and snuggle Butcher until the end.

Ah, now I'm all misty-eyed. I don't like thinking about the end of the world! Now I have to do something else before I go back to sleep. Crossword puzzle book, ahoy!
