This Rufus Wainwright Does Judy Garland is really good. Even though that sounds like porn. xD
Biggest excitement right now: SGA mid-season finale tonight! slkjghsjklfh omg clones. I love clones!
Plan for today: Finish Amber's paper, bathe cats, possibly get up to Price Chopper. My mother is coming to town for a couple of hours, she'll be here around 3:30, so I need to clean the living room before then. I'm thinking about changing the layout for my writing journal-- the blue is nice, but it's been there forever, and I found a really interesting red palette on ColourLovers.
I have the sneezes and I'm afraid it's allergies. I mean, it would be worse if it were getting sick, but I'm pretty sure it's allergies. Longhaired cats always set me off; I'm kind of surprised Minerva hasn't triggered the allergies before.
Anyhow, yes. That's today. And putting more TV on my iPod-- I have three times as much video as music on there, which is really weird for me. But I downloaded Tin Man and all the back episodes of SGA S4 I didn't already have, so that is exciting to me. :D
Oh! Almost forgot this: Six Word Stories. Wired magazine got a whole bunch of authors to write full stories in six words or less. Some of them are flops but a lot of them are really cool. Brevity is HARD.

February: Things that happened last night: Watched The 40-Year Old Virgin. (second first-post-of-the-month involving being drunk.)
March: Last night I borrowed Amber's camera for the sole purpose of being a complete camwhore.
April: if x=lies and y=truth then find the value of y for this post because trust me, y > x. (melded subject line and first line.)
May: SINGSTAR
June: There's lightning outside my window and boxes all up in my room fr srs.
July: There are definitely things that seem like a good idea at the time that daylight makes me question.
August: It has been a long night.
September: It is hard to do RP things with RL people around. D:
October: I like how, when I get to use the internet, 3/4 of the mail I have is spam.
November: Yesterday was for sinners, today is for saints.
December: Dear Livejournal: Today I was propositioned over MySpace for a threesome.
It's been... a year, that's for sure. That's about all I can say about that. It's been a year and what have I done? Meh, I'll save the introspection for New Year's Eve.

After all this work, that's it?
All over the room: teeth, quarters.
The snow melts, undressing her corpse.
Two become one: sorry, not twins.
Cooking, cleaning, ashes; Cinderella killed herself.
Cut the red wire. The red--!
One cat, two cats-- nine kittens.
"Your mom!" She spanked her son.
Anyway. My mother took Kristin and I out for dinner at Koto. We sat at the hibachi table! It was AWESOME! And our waiter was so adorably, obviously gay. My mom was like "...is he gay?" and Kristin and I cracked up. She's so cutely oblivious sometimes.
She also complimented my cherry squares. She said she hasn't had one since the last time Nana made them, and she died a few years ago and was sick for a while before that. I'm glad they did the recipe justice.
I think I have a salt intake problem. I want sunflower seeds so bad right now. Maybe I should just get a salt lick, like for a guinea pig. >>
