See that state line right next to Burlington? That's me. Smack in the middle of the 12+ zone.

Today, I live on hot chocolate and soup, crosswords and writing and hatmaking. Julia made a special request for a hat with vampire fangs and red and gold eyes. xD I spent a long time talking to her last night.

I think I have gotten over Butcher being creepy and watching me sleep-- because I get a good morning kiss every day now! Even if he tries to eat my hair, that's still too cute to ignore.

D: I want to go back to sleep. I am such a bum.

I took a nap and had a dream about melting butter all over the inside of my fridge, and I was like "shit shit must save it oh man I have to clean this out, what a pain," and... yeah. When I get to the grocery store finally, I am going to buy like three pounds of butter and keep two boxes in the freezer so I can always bake when I want to. >>

I'm in the middle of writing three things right now. My yuletide story, and two original things. I know I said I have a new journal for original things, but I never linked to it... so here it is. i_am_tl_dr, because it's true, I am.

Tomorrow I have an appointment, I may need to find a sled and some snow dogs to get there. There's a foot of snow out there and it's still going. D: If I'm going anywhere I'm going to literally need to walk in the street, because no one gives a damn about sidewalks.

My house is lit with sting lights right now. I love only having those on, it makes everything dim but so comfortably glowy.

I would do laundry, but I'm enjoying the quiet way too much.

I'm making music postings before midnight, how about that. xD I found this on my endless voyage through the internet, and I don't know if it's on an album-- I just know I didn't already have it, and it's really nice, so. Oh, I just looked it up, I guess it's from Deb Talan's solo part of her career, but it's got male backing vocals so I'm keeping it as "the weepies". xD

I'm working on finding a decent pair of glasses. A pair that doesn't, say, disappear into my cheekbones. Seriously.

Butcher is trashdigging, which means I have to brave the snow long enough to take that out. D: That's gonna kinda suck. Hot chocolate first.
