There's ice falling from the sky, trying to keep us all neatly preserved in our single-serving homes. No school, which means everyone will be home all day, which means probably many interruptions in whatever I try to do today.

You know, interruptions that aren't made by my own deficit of attention. (I'm not ADD, I just play it on TV.)

However: weather like this is a perfect excuse to make a huge mug of hot chocolate and lie in bed reading all day long. I haven't done that in ages.


If I can ensure enough time where no one can hear me, I'm going to record one of my lower-rated stories, and maybe move past that. It's going to be a struggle saying "cock" without giggling, though. YES, I AM FIVE. COCK hee hee hee hee

buuuuut, it's not even 8 and my bed is soooo comfy, so I am going back to it.

So there's that. Last night I watched Tropic Thunder with my parents and Julia. I laughed the most, but my dad got a kick out of it. My mom is a pansy and got all upset and grossed out over the really obviously fake gore in the beginning, but she settled down eventually.


Back to fandomy things: would anyone be interested if I did a recs post here, or should I leave it to my fic journal? Because I've read a lot of good stuff lately and it seems like a waste to keep it to myself. I mean, I bookmark it on del.icio.us (I know they got rid of the dots but I LIKE THEM OKAY) but I don't think that actually has any impact on anyone.

Oh god, I'm being internet insecure. I'm going to go eat Chinese food and watch Sam and Dean kick ass for a while.
