Is it next Sunday yet?
Eric is looking mighty fine, I must say. All 6'4" of him. Damn.
This show is so exciting! *mini-flails*

Day 09 - A song from your favourite band
How about the first song I heard by them?
Death Cab for Cutie - Title and Registration
The glove compartment is inaccurately named
And everybody knows it
So I'm proposing a swift orderly change
Cause behind its door there's nothing to keep my fingers warm
And all I find are souvenirs from better times
Before the gleam of your taillights fading east
To find yourself a better life
I was searching for some legal document
As the rain beat down on the hood
When I stumbled upon pictures I tried to forget
And that's how this idea was drilled into my head
Cause it's too important
To stay the way it's been
I am so tired, I just want to go back to sleep. :/

tired
Funny People (netflix, needs to go back)
500 Days of Summer (Julia said it was great)
Two Girls and a Guy (RDJ, I am determined to watch all of his films)
Spiral (Zach Levi for the win?)
Zodiac (which I did not hear good things about, but again with the RDJ)
This is not counting the top row of my DVD tower which is mostly stuff I haven't watched yet but do plan on watching, like Sunshine and Unbreakable and Rocket Summer. I can definitely finish watching all of them by the end of the month even if I just watch one a day, and I should be able to handle two most days because I have nothing to do except for Thursday (blood donation and VESID appointment) and next Thursday (neurology appointment in Rochester). Plenty of free time, just ripe for the movie-watching. I probably won't make it to 200 by the end of the summer but I would like to get up to 125 at least. I'm at 73 right now. If I watch something every day I should have no problem knocking off fifty movies in two and a half months. It'll be more of a problem finding things to watch, probably.
The only thing I want to see in theaters right now is Prince of Persia. That's a good thing, because I don't think I can afford to go see a lot of movies this summer. The drive-in is always a good investment (three movies for $7.50, you can't beat that) but going to Carousel is reserved for the really special movies that deserve perfect projection and comfy seating, because it's like $8.50 for one ticket and the concessions are outrageously priced.
I think I'm going to start with Spiral, because that's been sitting around the longest. I have to watch Funny People with Dad and he's off in TMZ-land right now, and I don't think there'll be time for it between the end of Spiral and the beginning of Lie To Me.
I need a Lie To Me icon, I think. And I should get some kind of icon for talking about movies. Like, popcorn or something. Even though I don't usually eat popcorn while I watch movies, I'm more of a candy person. Give me a box of Dots and I'll be happy.
eta: Did you guys know that Leverage and True Blood are on at the same time? This is a good thing because I can actually watch Leverage as it airs, but I have to download True Blood. Sundays are suddenly awesome. Weird.

It took me twelve minutes to answer thirteen questions. Uh... oops?
As a kind of postscript to this post, I make this offer: give me something to talk about and I'll discuss it for at least a minute and a half and upload it.
