What I thought was going to be an oral test was actually just a verbal check-in-- in English-- so Prof. Staples could let me know where I am in the class. She said basically the only thing I have a problem with is my pronounciation, and I always look surprised when she corrects me. It's not so much surprise as embarrassment, honestly, but I have no call to be embarrassed because I'm one of the top students in the class. She suggested going to one of the TAs and having them correct me as I read aloud from the textbook.
And I just got midterm grades, and I have an A in everything-- well, an A- in French, but an A+ in Logic and Mass Media! So I'm doing pretty great, and that's awesome.
And my cardigan wrap looks awesome. I love it. It's warm and soft and looks good on me.
Now, I have time for a very quick lunch before heading out to Port Byron.
