A sadder animal story: White tigers are so inbred, most of them are badly disfigured. White tigers are a construction of selective breeding anyhow, and the unwanted (read: not white) tigers are disposed of. This is appalling.
Why some people don't trust the police. Speaking of appalling... if this is standard practice in Chicago, the whole police force should be scrapped with prejudice. Verbal abuse and threats against a completely innocent family just because they're black is horrifying.
