It's time for round two of the medicaid runaround! I have successfully completed the first part of the gambit: waiting 10 minutes on hold, with nothing but an every-thirty-seconds "please stay on the line" message to tell me I was still connected, to be told "oh yeah, uh, we don't do that automatically, now you need to get an end of service letter and this that the other thing before we'll undeny your account."
*hair-ripping*
Stage two: Medco tells me to call Chesterfield, and have THEM send my end-of-coverage letter. After another 10 minutes on hold. x.x
At least step three was quick: The Chesterfield person took my number down and is having someone who can help me call me back. Hooray, no being up on hold this time!
