So I may have taken a little bit of Robotussin before I left to see the movie... it definitely made it more interesting, which was cool because Percy Jackson was already a visually intriguing movie. It completely bastardized the book, but as far as entertainment value goes, I enjoyed it quite a bit. Was not expecting Sean Bean as Zeus. xD

I have to agree with what layered said on Facebook, though: someone needs to take this series away from Chris Columbus before he hurts himself.

Whenever I robotrip I want to read tarot cards. It's almost Pavlovian. Tonight I did them for Jake, and it was hasty because my dad was walking around on the other side of my bedroom door-- but he's mostly deaf now so I'm pretty sure he didn't catch me in the heathen act of divination.

Now I am in that drowsy but mentally active part of the robotrip, so I'm going to go to bed and daydream until I fall asleep. Which is really the best way to fall asleep, if you ask me.
