So say I wanted to do one of YOUR stories as an audiofic... which one would you prefer to get the treatment? If you would want any of them at all, I mean.

Generally I'm good up to about 3500 words, that comes out to roughly 20 minutes of talking at once. I record all in one go so the volume level stays even, it's really noticeable when I shift the mic closer or farther away.

I am totally willing to push myself for 4500 words, though, because I adore "Love Walked In" so much that it just needs doing. ♥

So uh here it is and I hope it's okay, I really cannot make my sibilants any less hissy without sticking a pillow over the microphone but hopefully my snake impression doesn't detract from it too much! ♥

Would you be open to letting me record one of your stories? And if so, which one would you most like to get the treatment? Assuming I can make it through one of them without going entirely breathless, cause your fic kind of does that to me more often than not. xD

Here it is! It gave me a little trouble in editing, so if there's something missing just let me know and I'll do it over again. Just because it sounds right on my end doesn't mean it'll turn out that way when everyone else hears it, sadly. xD

As someone who often has to do four hour road trips, I LOVE audiofic--there's only so many This American Life podcasts a girl can listen to before Ira Glass's voice starts to grate, and fanfiction is full of win in all it's forms. I AM IN FULL SUPPORT OF THIS PLAN.

Given that choice, I don't think it will surprise you that I did Into the Fire. (my love for Mozzie, it is all-encompassing.) I hope you like how it turned out, because I had a lot of fun doing it!

Oh, darn it! Audacity has been giving me trouble all day long but I thought I'd solved the problem before I saved your story. Let me check the wav file and see if I can track down where along the line of format-switching things borked up. I'm sorry it didn't come through whole!

I fixed it! I should have realized something was wrong when it only came up seven minutes, but now it's the proper ten and a half minutes and you can pimp it around without it being all screwed up. :D ♥
