Amanda Palmer serenading Neil Gaiman on the ukelele. She's so great, and he's so fucking adorable! It's 4 in the morning and he has this slightly dreamy expression and he keeps playing with his hair, omg. And then he shows her a video on youtube. xD
The plumbers are here fixing a backup in the pipes. Both the bathrooms were working fine, but we couldn't use the kitchen sink, the dishwasher, or the washing machine... so now we can have clean dishes and clean clothes! And I have first dibs on the laundry room. :D
Waking up to feedback ALWAYS makes me happy. People like my fic! \o/ YAY!
The snow is melted! Almost all of it! Of course, now every patch of grass is a marshland, but NO MORE SNOW ON THE GROUND~~~
All in all, I have only been awake for slightly over half an hour, and I am already subjected to much happiness. :D
- Mood:
happy
( Anyone who isn't my Yuletide writer, ignore this! )
And now, off to re-watch the sauce for my recipient's story. *rubs hands together* This is gonna be EPIC, mes amis.
- Mood:
hopeful
Aaaargh.
Also, I am making (very slow) headway on the Christmas cards. Why do I have to try and be all crafty? -_- If I could just write in "merry xmas happy new year ♥" they would all be out by now, but nooooo, Dani has to think she's clever and cutesy.
95 minutes until Heroes. DAMN THE TORPEDOS, FULL TYPING SPEED AHEAD
- Mood:
ack!
*sigh*
On the plus side, more cards are reaching ready-to-mail status. If I drop to the shorter crafts, I could have three or four good to go tomorrow.
- Mood:
pessimistic
I will not read Heroes reaction posts.
I will see the episode as soon as it goes up on the community.
There is no reason to spoil myself.
I will not click on my friends' posts.
...goddamn, this is harder than it should be D:
- Mood:
why isn't 'impatient' a mood?
