femmealunettes: (two-ton 21 + lightsaber: Venture Brother)
Hot tip: If you're planning on making a sex toy purchase in the near future, go to adameve.com and use the coupon code "savage" at checkout and you'll get 50% off one item, a free toy and free porn. I ordered a really cool-looking glass dildo and it was only $20. I'm planning on donating the porn to Sex Collective, because I really don't watch a lot of porn and I'm fairly picky about what I do watch. But hey, free sex toy, neat!

I finished writing a story for [livejournal.com profile] itsproductivity today. I really like writing about Dewey, and I have a few more stories planned for him and Parker this month, if the prompts facilitate the plot I'm trying to adhere to. The one I'm writing now is about Doug, though. I haven't written about him in a good three years... but I want him to be happy so I'm writing him silly early-morning fluff, and it is really silly. Middle-aged men being playful = cute. (also it gives me an excuse to come back and write about my PB Bruce Willis character who I never played with anyone, which... hot. :D)

I'm trying to write at least 500 words for each prompt, so by the end of the month if everything goes as planned I'll have 15,000 words of random-ass original fic. I'm not planning on writing any fanfiction, but if one of the prompts inspires me to do so I'm not going to ignore the impulse. I haven't finished any fanfiction in almost a year; I've barely started any, just one lame little Venture Brothers story I'm probably never going to finish.

I also have to edit something to submit for the Erotica Reading on Saturday. First place prize is a $50 gift certificate to goodvibes.com. If I win I will have so many new sex toys in my life it's not even funny. :D I might have to get a new box to hold them all.

It is kind of daunting to realize that some of my characters are now half a decade older than they were when I created them. Trent's pushing thirty. Peter is almost forty. Doug is fifty-two.

Just... wow, where did all this time go?

Day 14 - Your earliest memory

My earliest assisted memory is from about age two. I was sitting in a large circular wicker chair with an overstuffed cushion and holding my baby brother. There is a photograph, I'm not sure I would remember it without that.

My earliest unassisted memory... is probably about age six or seven, standing up in the elementary school cafeteria to read a book to the other first graders. I don't remember what book it was, but I do remember being really excited about it.
