So I bet you've all heard about spokeo.com, the site that has way too much information about everybody that you have to opt out of? I just took care of getting my entire family out of that creepy-ass database, but I had to be amused at how COMPLETELY wrong it was about me. I am not in my 60s, married, a nurse, the mother of children, a Gemini, or fond of gardening. The only thing it had right about me is that I've had "some college" as opposed to a degree. It was creepy and on target about my parents, though. No more Cregans to be found in those pages, at least not the Cregans in Auburn, and my brother somehow avoided having his market data harvested to have a page about him, otherwise I would have cleared his out too.

So yeah, go look yourself up and then opt out using the "privacy" link in the lower right hand corner.... and don't say I never did anything for you, now.

I found out something else that blew my mind today: Zac Efron got his acting start playing young Simon in Firefly. Proof:



Blew. My. Mind. How I did not know this already, I have no idea, but oh my god, seriously? SERIOUSLY.

Today I watched Kung Fu Hustle, which I haven't seen since... oh, 2004? when it was introduced to me by the six-foot Johnson. (Mike Johnson, for those of you who have been playing along at home for the length of my journalkeeping, and there are a couple of you! The one I inadvertantly walked out of a date on, when I was disgusted by the movie... and didn't realize it was a date. Oh, obliviousness, you have served me all too well.) We started it in Mythology and I hunted up my copy and finished watching it at home... when I should have been watching Chuck, which I for some reason thought was on at 9 and not 8, and that reason is I am a moron. Oh well, I can download it soon enough.

Now, I am going to continue on like I have been for days now, and watch some more Sherlock Holmes. I am totally enamoured with this series, if I haven't made that completely obvious yet. :D
