This is not actually a video blog... technically it's a video journal response to my first assignment for Wells 111. The assignment was "talk about where you've been and why you chose Wells." I recorded it the day after I moved into my dorm room, it's just taken me this long to upload it, and I figured maybe someone else would want to see it besides the TA who'll be grading it.

I still have all this reading to do... I basically fucked off all afternoon. I am stupid sometimes...

It's going pretty good! There have been a couple of bumpy spots but I've gotten past most of them pretty well. Hopefully tomorrow I can iron out the last of the complications. How are your classes going?

Summary of my classes: UGH READING.

I mean, some of it I don't mind, but I'm so sick of reading Chaucer and Spenser and I am so sick of the slave narrative because I've already done high school classes about it, and one other in college besides. *sigh* But, I'm writing my first paper! It actually has something to do (sort of) with your club! "Gender fluidity in African, British, and American leaders". The masculinization process that women who want to hold political power tend to make themselves undergo. It's only recently that we've started having strong, female politicians who actually present themselves as feminine. :)

Ooh, that sounds like a really interesting paper topic! Hopefully the reading load will ease off a little, or at least get more interesting.
