Oh. I think I probably didn't get any sleep last night because I don't remember taking my antidepressants yesterday, and missing my meds always screws me up somehow or another. So even taking the sleeping pill didn't do me any good because my body was expecting something else coming.

I really try to stay med-compliant as rigorously as possible, but sometimes I just forget...

Anyways, I'm really exhausted today, so I think I'm going to do this long podfic tomorrow instead, and just watch White Collar until I go to bed. I'm not going to be caught up by the time it starts airing again, but I might be able to be caught up by next week's episode.
