Watching Clarissa Explains It All with my father, of all people. OH MY GOD SO 90S. And hey, look, the first redhead I ever had a crush on. (My standards were not very high when I was seven years old. At least Ferguson was smart.) I hope they're going to show Pete and Pete eventually! Ah, Big Pete, you made my nerdy little heart beat faster. And the music on that show was so good.

I am stalling out on packing my room. I need to just get it done. Today I came across an old stash of movie tickets-- apparently I saw the first Harry Potter movie twice, and Chamber of Secrets three times. xD I also put all the really important ticket stubs into my photo album-- RENT, Cirque du Soleil, all the concert tickets I could find. I found a bunch of photographs from high school that I never labeled and I can't remember half the names of the people in them. It's been damn near ten years since I've seen any of them, longet than that for the teachers. I also found pictures of the only really decent man I ever dated, my best friend of six years that I haven't spoken to since before her wedding, and [livejournal.com profile] l_loire in middle school.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with Dr. Giaccio and I don't really know what to tell him. I don't think I'm getting depressed but I feel so listless. Julia's also going to get her half-sleeve finished. Then we're probably going to watch Skins all night long.

RRRRRRRGH. I just saw a commercial where a girl went from wearing glasses to contacts and SUDDENLY SHE COULD BE PRESIDENT. Fuck you all, glasses are awesome. People don't magically become more attractive or smarter or more capable because they wear fucking contacts, okay? Stop perpetuating the glasses hate, corporate America. (But of course they want you to wear contacts, which you have to replace daily/weekly/monthly, instead of glasses which you can wear for years without replacing.)

Oh, uh, today my father basically told me that he doesn't care if I smoke pot. So... they know I'm bi, they know I smoke pot, they know I'm an unrelenting liberal in all things political, they know I'm agnostic.... I basically have nothing left to hide from my parents. Except maybe the erotica. But my dad chewed me out for writing erotica when I was 14, so... yeah.

Get some thick-ass hipster frames, those things will last forever.
